Gene Nicolazzi has done what no other agent has been able to. Our home is in an area where new custom homes were for sale by the dozens. We had stiff competition in our market. Our home had been listed with 2 other realtors that had done nothing to make our home stand out and above the rest. Their results and lack of communication was very disappointing.
